The challenge
The first phase of the Ministry's connectivity programme, covering supply and installation of last mile links to an initial group of police stations.
Our solution
KOTES delivered surveys, supply, installation and commissioning for each station in the phase, establishing the deployment model and documentation standard reused in later phases.
Outcomes
- Initial group of stations brought onto the Ministry network
- Deployment and documentation model established for subsequent phases
- Successful delivery led to award of follow-on contracts
